1. This is a live workshop hosted via zoom video that will include different practices such as guided meditations, breath-work, feminine movement, and live coaching with Melissa and Jake.

2. This will be a container for only women from all around the world.

3. Although some of the concepts will be similar to other courses, there will be a lot of new teachings inside of this program that is energetically attuned for women.

Plus, whenever Jake teaches a live workshop, there are always channeled messages that come through specifically for the energy of that group.

Will we get recordings of the workshop?

YES. The recordings will be given within 1 week of the workshop being completed.

Do I need to be on camera for the sessions?
