If you request a refund, it must be within 14 days of the date of your purchase. Any request outside of that purchase period will not be eligible for a refund.

I understand that this means I give up my right to bring any claims, including for personal injuries, death, disease or, or any other loss, including but not limited to claims of negligence, and give up any claim I may have to seek damages, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen. I further declare and represent that no promise, inducement, or agreement has been made.
4. Audio/Video Permission: I understand audio/video recording and pictures will be taken during the program with Jake Woodard. If I choose to be on camera via zoom video, I give full permission to Jake Woodard Coaching Inc. and any associates to use any audio/video that is captured during the time of the event. I give full permission for the audio/video/pictures to be used for any marketing purposes.
